Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout method that combines strength training, endurance, and mobility using a specialized machine called the Megaformer. It focuses on slow, controlled movements to create constant tension on muscles, leading to increased strength and muscle tone while minimizing joint impact.
While both are low-impact and use machines, Lagree and Pilates are not the same. Pilates focuses on alignment, rehabilitation, and controlled movement patterns. Lagree, on the other hand, is designed for intensity and efficiency, combining strength training, cardio, and endurance in a single class. The Mega Pro allows for constant resistance and smooth transitions, creating a more athletic, full-body workout in just 45 minutes.
Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors are trained to guide you through each move with clear cues and modifications.
Classes can be booked online through our schedule page. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as class sizes are intentionally kept small.

Lagree is known for being challenging. The slow, controlled movements keep your muscles under tension, which feels intense but is highly effective. Intensity is always adjustable. You control the resistance, pace, and range of motion.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. We recommend bringing water and a towel.
We recommend starting with 3 to 4 classes per week for best results. Many clients mix Lagree with other forms of movement, but Lagree alone is a complete workout.
Yes! Lagree is designed to be low-impact, making it a great option if you are looking for a workout that is easier on your joints than running or HIIT. Always consult with your doctor first, and let your instructor know about any injuries so we can provide safe modifications.
