STUDIO POLICIES

    • Booking: Classes can be reserved through the FLX website or app.

    • Late Cancellation: A strict 10-hour cancellation policy applies. If a member cancels less than 10 hours before the start of class, a $15 late cancel fee (plus tax) will be charged, and the class cannot be rescheduled.

    • No Show: If a member does not attend their reserved class, fails to cancel within the 10-hour window, or arrives more than 5 minutes after class begins, a $25 no-show fee (plus tax) will be charged, and the class cannot be rescheduled.

  • If a spot opens while you’re on the waitlist, you will be automatically enrolled in the class and notified by email. If you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist before being added. If you are added to the class and do not attend, the standard no-show fee will apply.

    • Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in and set up your Megaformer.

    • New Clients: Arrive 15 minutes early for a quick equipment and safety overview.

    • Late Entry: For safety reasons, no entry is permitted after class begins.

    • Grip socks are required for all classes — no exceptions. They are available for purchase at the studio.

    • Wear form-fitting athletic wear to allow safe movement and proper alignment

    • Non-Transferable: All memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable (after Three-Day Right of Rescission).

    • Expiration: Class packs expire based on the terms listed at purchase. Extensions are not guaranteed.

    • Auto-Renew: Memberships automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before renewal with written notice.

    • Notify your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before class.

    • You acknowledge participation at your own risk and agree to the FLX liability waiver upon booking.

    • FLX reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may compromise the safety or experience of others.

    • FLX reserves the right to modify schedules, substitute instructors, or cancel classes as needed.

    • In the rare event of a cancellation, your credit will be automatically returned to your account.
