Our Senior Master Trainer for the upcoming Level 1 Lagree Certification

With a background in Dance, Pilates and Lagree in Australia, Sharnee moved to the U.S. in 2017 to join Lagree Fitness HQ and has since become one of the most experienced Master Trainers worldwide.

She has:
• Led hundreds of certifications across 12+ U.S. states and over 12 countries
• Authored advanced Lagree content and wrote Anatomy Fitness 101 (ACE-certified eBook)
• Taught on every Lagree machine, from Proformer to Supraformer, and trained clients including Adam Sandler

Outside the studio, Sharnee is passionate about music, movement, and creating community. She brings energy and authenticity to every class, teaching the why behind each move, what to feel, how to progress, and how to show up as your best self.

During this 3-day immersive training, you’ll:

• Learn the foundational Lagree principles and proper body mechanics.

• Learn Mega Pro exercises, cues, and transitions.

• Understand sequencing, alignment, and progression for safe and effective class design.

• Practice teaching with real-time feedback from Senior Master Trainer.

• Build confidence and readiness to lead Lagree classes independently.

Upon completion, participants will earn their official Level 1 Lagree Certification, qualifying them to teach and advance toward higher-level certifications.

1. Who can take the Level 1 Lagree Certification?

   Anyone passionate about fitness, movement, and teaching is welcome. You don’t need prior Lagree experience, but a background in fitness, Pilates, or group instruction can be helpful.

2. Do I need to be a Lagree/Fitness instructor to enroll?

   No. This course is open to both aspiring instructors and Lagree enthusiasts who want to deepen their understanding of the method.

3. What will I be certified to do after completing this course?

   You’ll earn your Level 1 Lagree Certification, which qualifies you to teach the Lagree Method at certified Lagree studios worldwide.

4. Does the certification expire?

   No. The Level 1 Certification never expires and is recognized globally.

5. What should I bring to training?

   Comfortable workout clothes, grippy socks, a water bottle, notebook, and a positive attitude. You’ll be moving a lot and teaching often.
