Arrival & Check-in

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to check in and set up.

• If you are new to Lagree, please arrive 10 minutes early so the instructor can give you a brief introduction to the Mega Pro.

• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client, and you may not be able to join the class.

Grip Socks Requirement

• Grip socks are required for all classes to ensure safety and stability.

• If you forget your socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio.

Class Etiquette

• Be mindful of others—FLX is a community space, and we encourage a positive, supportive environment.

• Phones must be on silent during class to minimize distractions.

• Wipe down your machine after class using the provided sanitizing wipes.

Waitlist Policy

• If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.

• If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email or text.

• If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid last-minute charges. Late charge will be $20 and no-show will be $25. 

Refunds & Transfers

• All purchases are final—we do not offer refunds.

• Class credits may not be transferred to another person.
